WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: 5 YOGA POSES TO DO AFTER A LONG CAR JOURNEY
This week’s workout is a focusing on recovering. This video shows you five yoga poses you can do if you've just endured a long car journey. These poses are also very nice to do after a day of being sat at a desk or after a more stationary day! They'll help relieve any tension in your hips, low back and just elongate and balance the body!
