WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: WORK THOSE ABS
We’re all for a stronger core around here. Not just for esthetic reasons; having a strong core keeps your spine healthy and protected. Most common causes for back pain is lack of core stability. The muscles in your core help keep your pelvis and spine neutral, and when you use your core during movements throughout the day your spine and pelvis remain happy.
Here’s a workout for your abs that will help keep your core strong.
