SMOOTHIE RECIPE: FROZEN CRANBERRY & ORANGE SMOOTHIE

Saturday mornings differ week to week, but whether we've managed to get on the tennis court or not, we'll always enjoy a smoothie.   This weeks smoothie recipe is ideal for this time of year, where our bodies are still adjusting to the season change, and cold/flu symptoms are everywhere, because it's full of vitamin c! 

Here's a new smoothie recipe for you to try!

Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C. They are also a very good source of dietary fiber. In addition, oranges are a good source of B vitamins including vitamin B1, pantothenic acid and folate as well as vitamin A, calcium, copper and potassium.

Cranberries very good source of vitamin C, dietary fiber, and manganese, as well as a good source of vitamin E, vitamin K, copper and pantothenic acid.

Lemons are a good source of thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, iron, and magnesium, and are an excellent source of fiber, vitamin B6, calcium, potassium, and copper, as well as folate and potassium.
