USE YOGA TO STAY SANE DURING THE HOLIDAYS
If there’s any month in the year that’s going to make you feel a little (or a lot) insane, then December is it! This is news to no – one, we all feel the crazy energy that’s everywhere during the holidays! The kids are more hyped up than usual, there’s a line for absolutely everything, and everyone’s patience just seems to go flying out of the window! It’s enough to make us all want to grab a glass of mulled wine and hide away from it all!
Before you decide to disappear into a mulled wine cloud of smoke. How about you just take some time out? Step away from anything holiday related and breathe! Even if it’s just a couple of minutes, you’ll feel a lot better afterwards – we’re sure of it!
If you’re lucky enough to take a good hour away from it all, fabulous – go sign up for a class at your local studio. Having someone guide you through a light practice will help you work off any stress you’re holding.
However, if you can just about get 10 or 20 minutes away from it all, get out of your head and back into your body with either of these yoga sequences!
