Grilled Brussel Sprouts:
All too often, Brussels sprouts are given a bad rap, but when you grill them, tossed with garlic oil, rosemary, and onion, they're transformed into something totally tasty!
Skewers are a great BBQ option because they're super easy to eat. Start by marinating the fish in parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Once it's marinated, skewer chunks of the fish with slices of lemon before grilling.
Grilled Broccoli is not just delicious. It also brings a complex textural element to your meal! Grill broccoli florets along with some zucchini, before tossing in a bit of jalapeño oil for some added kick.
