It's Monday, which around here means, Motivation time! So here's your start of the week dose of motivation!
It's totally normal to feel fearful. In fact, we ALL feel it at some point, if not to some capacity every day! But like any emotion, you must remember it is just that, an emotion. It can not control you, unless you allow it! When we are making big changes or going through any form of transition, it's natural to feel a little uncertain, apprehensive and fearful. You must try not to let those feelings control your decisions, if you allow them to dictate your actions you will inevitably stay exactly where you are. We've been taught that fear is a negative feeling, what would happen if you looked at it as a positive instead? It's an emotion that is forcing you to look at what it is that you are afraid of and ask, "What's the worst that can happen, and then, could you live with that?" This week we encourage you to do this, we know it won't be easy, but it'll be worth it!
