SMOOTHIE SATURDAY: BEETROOT & BERRY

It's Saturday, which means its Smoothie time. This weeks recipe will be detoxifying and energizing you with every sip. 

½ cup almond milk
1 cup mixed frozen berries or blueberries
3 diced beetroot
¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt or low-fat coconut milk
1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (we recommend Manduka honey)
2 or 3 ice cubes
