WEDNESDAY WORKOUT: TRY YOGA

We know it's 2017 and yoga studios seem to be the new Starbucks (there's almost one on every corner), but you'd be surprised the amount of people who still have never tried yoga. Even as you read this, you might be thinking - actually I've never tried yoga.
