It's Saturday, which means we're here to share with you a smoothie recipe, we think you'll love.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1 cup non fat greek yoghurt (Plain)
2/3 cups of ice
1/2 chopped mango
1/2 fresh blood orange juice
1 blood orange peeled
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
