If you've been reading our blog for a while you'll know that we dedicate our Saturday post to a smoothie recipe, because what's a better way to start the weekend than with a nutritious healthy smoothie? 

Today's smoothie is inspired by all the blackberries you'll find on any walk in the countryside at the moment. So why not go pick out some blackberries, make this smoothie and relax by the pool this weekend...or you could just go to the store for the blackberries, and drink it not poolside, you do you! 

Here's what you'll need. 

1 handful Blackberries
1 cup non fat greek yoghurt (Plain)
2/3 cups of ice
1cup of Almond milk
