CIRCUIT TRAINING TO IMPROVE YOUR TENNIS GAME
Tennis requires an equal amount of strength, speed and endurance, which circuit training offers, making it the ideal workout for you when you can't get onto the court. More and more players are combining their time on the court with circuit training, which can seem a lot, but adding one circuit training workout to your week could have a beneficial impact on your time on the court.
We put together a circuit for you that doesn't require any equipment, just your body weight, but you can have fun putting your own together adding exercises that do require kettle bells, hand weights or machines. You want to include 6 - 9 different 'stations' aka exercises, do each exercise for 20-30 seconds, take a 30 second break in between each station and then repeat circuit 2-3 times, taking a 5 minute rest between each rep.
