Foods For Healthy Hair

Almonds – With both almond milk and almond butter, this smoothie is a great source of the trace mineral copper. There is evidence that adequate levels of copper in your diet reduce premature greying of the hair and inflammation. And the vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids in almonds are fantastic for glowing skin and healthy hair.

Greek Yogurt – Like your skin and nails, protein is one of the most essential nutrients for gorgeous hair and Greek yogurt is particularly high in protein. But Greek yogurt also contains vitamin D, which is important because a deficiency in that vitamin can lead to hair loss, and pantothenic acid, which boosts hair growth.

Figs – Figs have long been thought to accelerate hair growth by increasing blood circulation to the scalp.

Avocado– Avocado are rich in sulfur, which supports the production of collagen and keratin.

Collagen Protein – You know collagen is amazing for your skin, but did you know it’s good for hair too? By strengthening hair follicles, collagen protein can help promote hair growth.
