Due to the changes with our blog – we no longer have this feature, but we’ve been missing our weekly smoothie recipes.. so this week we’re giving you five recipes that will think you’ll enjoy!

1 Beet, small
2 Carrots, medium
1 Orange
1 Cup Raspberries, Frozen
1 cup Strawberries, Frozen
1 ½ Cup Coconut or Almond milk

1 Banana or ½ Avocado
1 Carrot, medium
1 Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Tsp Manduka Honey
1 ¼ Cup Almond or Soy Milk

1 Banana or ½ Avocado
1 Cup Cherries, Frozen
1 Handful Spinach
1 Cup Almond Milk

1 Cup Strawberries, Frozen
1 Cup Raspberries, Frozen
2 Dates
1 Cup of Coconut Water
