We believe there’s not much you can’t fix with tea, but turns out there’s actually some truth to it. And, we’re not the only culture that turns to tea for help. Here’s seven teas that good for more than just helping you through the day.

The reason why English Black Tea is great to wake up with is because it holds a strong dose of caffeine – helping our bodies and brain to wake up and enables us to seize the day.
