5 THINGS YOU CAN DO TO RELAX TODAY

It’s the weekend and if you’re one of the fortunate ones to have the day off, why not take some time to relax.

Here’s five ideas on how to relax today:

1.     Spend some time alone- we can sometimes be go go go and surrounded by so many people all the time. It can be exhausting, the best thing to do is – take some time alone, and rejuvenate!

2.     Laugh- cures everything and is one of the best stress relievers you’ll ever know. So throw on your fav sitcom or call up you buddy that’s funny and have a good laugh!

3.     Treat Yourself- whether it’s a bubble bath or a little retail therapy – nothing is more relaxing that spoiling yourself a little. You deserve it!

4.     Pick Up A Book- for some this is not relaxing but for others it is. So, find a quiet spot and indulge in another world.

5.     Put your feet up – hammock life anyone?!
