5 TIPS ON HOW TO HANDLE SCHEDULE CHANGES
Whether it’s a new job, new home or new baby, our life’s schedule can change intensely multiple times throughout our lives. Without adapting to the changes, you can quickly find yourself over tired and feeling low. Here’s five things you can do to adapt with your new schedule:
Don’t Overthink it.
It can be easy to get bogged down in what “life used to be like” and get upset. Instead, don’t overthink it, don’t dwell on it, just do it and make it happen. You’ll figure out where you can add some time out and have some fun in your schedule.

Go to the gym, play a sport, join a team – do something to work out and relieve your stress. It will make life feel so much better. Just taking the time to do something for YOU will make you feel good.
Don’t say yes to everything!
You won’t be able to control how you spend your time at work but your personal time is completely in your control. OWN your time. Of course, you don’t want to neglect your friends, or family, but make sure you’re spending your time doing things you want to do, focusing on self-care as much as possible.
Keep your house clean.
When life gets crazy, so can our houses. We’re so busy rushing around, we skip the extra step to clean up and before you know it your house is making you feel even more stressed out. Coming home to a messy house doesn’t make you feel relaxed or put together. We suggest picking one night once a week to pick up and get living space together. You will feel so much better for it, trust us!
