BEETROOT SMOOTHIE YOU'LL WISH YOU TRIED SOONER!
We used to post a smoothie recipe every Saturday, those who have read our blog for a long time will remember those days. Our Valentine’s day recipe got such a great response we thought we’d bring you another recipe today, and this one does not disappoint! It is also packed full of ingredients that are so good for you!
What you’ll need:
2 - 3 Beetroot balls sliced
1 Handful of Spinach
1 cup of Coconut water
