5 THINGS TO LOOK FORWARD TO WHEN SPRING ARRIVES
We talked about getting our Spring tennis wardrobe ready in our last post but today we’re focusing on what else we can look forward too, and plan to make this the best Spring/Summer season possible.
Finally, we don’t need to think about how many pairs of socks we can wear and still fit our feet in our shoes, instead we can reach for the lighter layers and even dare we say it opt for skirts without the thermal leggings!
Ah we can already feel those long Summer nights coming towards us, as daylight lasts just that bit longer every day. With the longer days comes more opportunity to get outside, that is if the milder temperatures accompany them! Use these days to your advantage. Consider walking home instead of taking the bus/train home, or if that’s not an option walk to a bus stop or train stop a little further away giving your body a bit more movement! Yay!
One clear way to know Spring is finally here, is the cherry blossom. Ah that gorgeous sight! Why not spend some time walking around your neighborhood enjoying the fresh signs of a season change…again you’re getting some more exercise that the Winter months lacked and you never know, you might even get an Instagram worthy pic!
It can be so tough in the Winter to feel motivated to get up and get going, usually because it’s still dark out. Yet in Spring/Summer time the sun begins to rise earlier making it easier to get up and get going. Seize the day as some may say! Productivity usually goes up higher too because of this! Great news, let’s get our goal setting going and smash out some goals!

Another thing that’s great about this time of the year is, we’re often lucky to have a couple of evenings that are perfect to sit outside and eat, enjoy the snippets of Summer that is to come!
