Do you find yourself (for whatever reason) with more weekend than plans? Well, we’ve got you covered. Here’s five things you can do over Easter (with someone or alone).

Just like any other holiday there are so many festive things you can make that seem to taste so much better this time of year. Things like: Easter cookies, Hot cross buns, Easter egg cakes and/or Carrot cakes. So, why not get baking this weekend. You could even explore healthier ways to make these treats.

Get Outside

We spend so much time at work, in our cars. Hopefully the weather will be nice so you can get outside, and enjoy some fresh air. Get your bike out and cycle or just walk and run. Whatever you chose you’ll feel so happy you did!

Spring Clean

There’s no better time than to clear out anything you don’t need in and around the house. Go into the Spring/Summer season feeling lighter with less baggage.

Play Sports

Head on down to your local tennis club or park, and hit some tennis balls, or shoot some hoops or kick a football around? Getting outside playing sports, can be great fun and a highly social activity.

Explore a new spot

Whether it’s a town you’ve never been too, or a national trust location; castle, house, museum…or even a new restaurant, cafe or bar. Get out an explore somewhere new. It can be interesting and fun to explore somewhere new, even if it’s in your town, acting like a tourist in your own neighbourhood can lead to finding out fun facts!

You could also spend some time on yourself care, if that’s been lacking at all. We talk a lot about self care so read up on more that here.

Whatever you do with this long weekend, relax and enjoy!
